Every MyPetsFile.com customer receives a FREE customer ID card. After joining MyPetsFile.com, you will be able to instantly print your Customer ID card. You may always print additional cards from your account.

This card is designed to sit in the front of your wallet. This way, in an emergency, you will easily be able to identify your MyPetsFile.com card.

The blue header I’M A MYPETSFILE.COM PET! will be noticed by veterinarians, and animal hospital personnel if you should present your pet's card.

The card has simple instructions for anyone to follow to access your account.

You may choose to leave copies of your card with a petsitter if you go out for the evening, or employees at the kennel/pet hotel where you board your pet. That way should an emergency arise, everyone will have the latest health information about your pet!

The back of the card is blank should you wish to identify which card is for which pet if you carry multiple cards for multiple pets. You could even write your pet's name in the corner, or write other short important information.
