Mark Holland, CIO

Prior to the creation of MyPetsFile.com, Mark was President and Owner of Kiwi Pictures, a Web design, graphics and video editing firm. Mark has nearly 15 years of programming, Web, and graphic design experience. He has worked for clients such as Delta Air Lines, and the PGA of America.

Mark is responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy including setting goals, monitoring work and evaluating results to ensure that departmental objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization. Developing key relationships, strategic partnerships, and managing sales and account management teams is a vital function of this role. In addition, Mark manages the company's marketing and PR efforts.

In addition to Mark’s professional achievements, Mark has led significant philanthropic projects.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Georgia State University Robinson School of Business.

Pamela Holland, CFO

Pamela has over 35 years of experience working with an international management consulting firm. Her tenure includes working in the disciplines of Health and Welfare, Strategy and Organization, Benefit Administration and Asset Consulting, and Retirement Consulting and Project Management.

As CFO, Pamela is the senior corporate officer who leads a staff which is responsible for the financial planning and record-keeping for the company. She oversees the financial appropriations and expenditures of the organization, and monitors all financial activities. She is charged with fiduciary responsibility, and is responsive to shareholders and regulatory boards.
