Detailed Description |
We need a talented individual to fill the role of Customer Support Representative for MyPetsFile.com. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customer base.
MyPetsFile.com is looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative. The selected candidate with provide first line support for software, hardware telecommunication problems and standard customer service related issues that arise from the customer's use of the MyPetsFile.com products, communicates directly with customers on the telephone or in writing, installs software updates remotely to customers computer, provides software training to end users and sales representatives, identifies hardware and software problems and diagnosis and repairs computer related problems, assists users with questions and problems and works on simple applications, conducts research on new technology as requested in order to stay abreast of any new releases and features of business operating systems and software utilized by the organization, prepares progress reports for all work performed in tracking software, performs related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements |
Experienced in customer service, help desk role, excellent communication skills; must be analytical, detail-oriented, multi-tasked, organized; advanced troubleshooting abilities, phone familiarity with MS Internet Explorer, Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Access); networking configurations.
