We are an automated Pet Health Record service for owners of pets and Veterinarians. Our automated service creates an online Pet Health Record that is available online 24 hours a day. The information on each pet is updated automatically and is to help better the health of our pets. The information can be used to identify a lost pet, allow a Vet to look up previous procedures on a pet, basically anything that can help our furry friends!

This is the first and only automated service that allows the pet owner to have access to their pet’s medical information.

How it Works

We want you to help us get the word out about what we do and we will pay you to do this.

Step 1:

Go to a Veterinarian, Pet Store, Adoption Center – you get the idea, anywhere where there are animal lovers!

Step 2:

Leave one of our display tear off stands.

Step 3:

Simply talk with people about the service, and when they sign up, you get paid. You can also hand out or leave behind your marketing materials.

We know that you can’t speak with everyone, but you will get paid for anyone who signs up using your promo code after they see your marketing materials.

We provide you with all of the marketing materials and support you need to be successful. We ask you to pay for the marketing materials up front, but we pay you to distribute them.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN?

How do you make your Money?

You make your money in two ways...

1. We pay you to distribute our information packets to Veterinary offices or other authorized facilities, each Vet that signs up, we pay you.
2. You will also earn money two more ways for each user who signs up for our service!

   We pay you a bonus for every MyPetsFile user who has signed up for the service under your promo code.

   For as long as you are an active OSR, you will be paid commission each month for EVERY active MyPetsFile user signed up under your promo code.

Example:

Say you spend 10 hours a week and you drop off 20 display tear off stands each week.

After 1 month:

1. You can earn $5.00 for each Vet that signs up and in one month you will have placed 80 display tear off stands. (Requires signed Marketing and Promotional Agreement)

   $5.00 x 80 = $400.00 paid to you!

2. Now let’s say that only 5 people in each location sign up for the MyPetsFile Advanced service in the first month. Your 80 display stands bring you 400 signups a month.

   $5.00 x 400 = $2,000 paid to you!

   In the first month you have spent 10 hours a week and been paid $2,400

   Not too bad for 1 month, but hold on.

Say in month 2, you are busy and only able to place 10 tear off display stands in the whole month and you are only able to spend 10 hours:

1. You can earn $5.00 for each Vet that signs up and in one month you will have placed 10 display tear off stands.

   $5.00 x 10 = $50.00 paid to you!

2. Now let’s say that only 5 people in each location sign up for the MyPetsFile Advanced service each month. Your 90 display stands bring you additional 450 signups.

   $5.00 x 450 = $2,250 paid to you!

3. We will also earn a commission for every active customer that has signed up under you. So those 400 signups from your first month have just earned you $400.

   $1.00 x 400 = $400 paid to you!

   In the second month you have spent 10 hours for the whole month and been paid $2,700

   $2,700.00 – WOW !!!

Of course, you may have more people sign up and you may have less people sign up. The more tear off display stands you place, the more money you make.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

If we approve you as an OSR, here are the steps…

1. Follow the steps to sign up on line.
2. If we approve you, we will confirm back to you your acceptance into the OSR program.
3. We will charge you a 1 time setup fee of $19.99 to set you up in our tracking system as well as our commission payment system.
